Terms and Conditions

 

To ensure you have an extraordinary and perfectly safe experience amidst the landscapes of Puglia, we ask you to read the conditions below carefully and complete the necessary steps before your departure.

 

Mandatory Participation Requirements

 

Before confirming your booking, please ensure you meet all the listed requirements and provide us with the following information:

Insurance coverage choice: Select Option 1 or Option 2 (details below).

Driving experience: Confirm that you have already driven a moped or motorcycle.

Valid driving license: All drivers must hold a valid EU driving license or an International Driving Permit.

Credit card: An active credit card is required as a guarantee (American Express, debit cards, or cash are not accepted).

Arrival method: Indicate whether you will reach the meeting point independently (about 3km from the center of Polignano a Mare) or if you require a transfer.

Number of Vespas: Confirm the exact number of vehicles requested for your group.

Contract details: Send us your personal email address along with the full name of the credit card holder.

 

Important Information and Next Steps

 

Rental contract: We will send you the contract via email. We ask you to return it to us filled out and signed. Please note: the contract must be signed by the credit card holder.

Meeting point and pick-up: You will meet our staff at:
Pugliamare Parking – Polignano a Mare (View on Google Maps)

Transfer Service: If you are unable to reach the meeting point independently, we can arrange a transfer from the center of Polignano a Mare. The service may incur an extra cost depending on your booking; final details will be confirmed the day before the experience.

Terms of Use and Safety Requirements
Driving experience: Our tours take place on public roads open to traffic, not on closed circuits. For this reason, previous experience driving two-wheeled vehicles is mandatory. If, on the day of the rental, our staff deems a driver not capable of driving safely, access to the service may be denied without any refund.

Required documents: An original and valid driving license (Italian/EU or International Permit) must be presented on the day of the tour.

Minimum age: 18 years for drivers | 6 years for passengers.

Payment method and guarantee: A valid credit card must be presented. Cash, debit cards/ATM cards, or American Express cards are not accepted.

Vehicle Insurance Options
Choose the solution that best suits your needs before your departure:

  • Option 1: Standard Security Deposit
    Pre-authorization on credit card: € 250.00 per Vespa (cash, debit cards, or American Express are not accepted).
    Release of funds: Within approximately 10 business days from the end of the rental (actual timelines depend on your bank).
    Deductible in case of damage: Customer liability up to a maximum of € 1,000.00.
  • Option 2: Supplemental Damage Coverage
    Cost: € 29.00 per day per Vespa (non-refundable).
    Deductible reduction: In case of vehicle damage, the customer's maximum liability is reduced to € 500.00.

Conditions: Valid for all accidental damage, excluding cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Deposit: The € 250.00 pre-authorization is not required, but providing a valid credit card as a guarantee is still mandatory (no cash, debit cards, or American Express).
