You’ll then continue with a visit to a historic winery, where tradition and innovation meet, culminating in a guided tasting of three carefully selected wines that authentically express the essence of Puglia.Each glass is paired with a curated selection of local specialties designed to enhance every wine label, including semolina bread bruschetta with garden tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, primosale cheese with Minutolo jelly, freshly made mozzarella, “poverella” zucchini with mint and EVO oil, wild pork salami, and fresh canestrato cheese with quince jam.The result is a complete journey combining taste, culture, and conviviality, led by expert sommeliers and passionate producers—perfect both for those approaching wine for the first time and for true connoisseurs seeking authenticity.
