Arrival and hotel check-in. Free time for a first look at the city and dinner at your leisure to dive into the local flavors.Day 2 – Bari & Matera: A guided stroll through the alleys of Bari Vecchia, featuring street food stops and visits to main monuments like the Basilica of Saint Nicholas and the Norman-Swabian Castle. In the afternoon, transfer to Matera for a guided tour of the famous Sassi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, rich in history and world-class views.Day 3 – Polignano a Mare & Monopoli: A cooking class with a local chef to discover the secrets of Puglian cuisine, followed by a tasting of the dishes prepared.
