This tour invites you to discover history, culture, the sea, and local flavors, combining guided visits, culinary experiences, and wine tastings. Day 1 – Bari | Tradition and FlavorsArrival in Bari and hotel check-in. Fr ee time to settle in and start soaking up the city's atmosphere. Dinner at your leisure and overnight stay.Day 2 – Bari & Matera | History and TasteAfter breakfast, enjoy a guided stroll through the alleys of Bari Vecchia, passing under ancient arches, across small squares, and by handmade orecchiette workshops. Visit the Basilica of Saint Nicholas, the Cathedral of San Sabino, and the Norman-Swabian Castle. Stop at historic bakeries, gelaterias, and cafes to savor local products. In the afternoon, transfer to Matera for a guided tour of the Sassi (UNESCO World Heritage site), with free time for personal exploration. Return to Bari, dinner at your leisure, and overnight stay.Day 3 – Polignano a Mare & Monopoli | Sea and TraditionsBreakfast and departure for Polignano a Mare.
